SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
1. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal
Acemate offers various subscription plans (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.). By selecting a plan, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
If a free trial is offered, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If not canceled, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
2. Billing & Payments
Payment will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of purchase (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play, or Credit Card). You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to this payment method upon confirmation.
3. Refund Policy
App Store / Play Store Purchases: Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through mobile app stores. Please refer to their respective support pages for refund requests.
Direct Web Purchases: Generally, payments made directly through our website differ by jurisdiction but are typically non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation simply disables the auto-renewal; you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel:
- Apple (iOS): Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Acemate > Cancel Subscription.
- Web / Other: If you purchased via our website, manage your subscription through your account settings or the link provided in your purchase email.
Note: Simply deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
5. Fee Adjustments
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance (via email or app notification). If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
