Subscription Notice
Automatic Renewal: Acemate subscriptions renew automatically. If you start a free trial or purchase a subscription, it will continue indefinitely for the same duration (e.g., monthly or annually) at the then-current price until you cancel. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the current period ends.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Acemate. By downloading, accessing, or using the Acemate mobile app, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use immediately.
2. Your Account & Security
Accessing certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Please ensure your account information remains accurate and up-to-date.
3. License & Usage Rights
Acemate grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse engineering, unauthorized data scraping, or using the App for illegal activities.
4. External Links & Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Acemate does not control or endorse these external sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
5. Fees and Payments
Some features of Acemate are paid. By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. All payments are subject to the terms of the respective app store or payment processor.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Acemate expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acemate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
